Updated: Jan 15, 2019

Neal & Leroy attorneys Langdon D. Neal, Richard F. Friedman and Carol Stubblefield are advising the Barak Obama Foundation on the construction of the Obama Presidential Center, which will be a three-building campus situated on 19.3 acres in Jackson Park to serve as a destination for education, recreation and community activities. Our firm assisted in ensuring Foundation’s compliance with the City of Chicago’s public-use, zoning and lakefront protection policies, assisting the Foundation to complete planned development review and approval, obtaining vacation of rights of way, and advising it through the National Historic Preservation Act and National Environmental Policy Act review processes.
