Neal & Leroy Attorneys Anne Fredd and Jeanette Sublett attended the 43rd Annual Bond Attorneys’ Workshop (BAW) held at the Fairmont Chicago. The Workshop provided thirty-one informative sessions and several networking events including learning about recent legislative and regulatory changes. For more than two decades, Neal & Leroy has acted as bond counsel, co-bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, or trustee’s counsel in multiple types of municipal financing, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, certificate of participation, industrial development bonds, and equipment leasing.
