Neal & Leroy is proud to support this mission and recognizes the accomplishments of OAACC’s efforts in strong community service outreach and community programing and resources focused on Oakland’s minority business community. The Charles Houston Bar Association is comprised of Black and minority attorneys in the San Francisco Bay area who are committed to the values of giving back to the community through facilitating access to the justice system and promoting equal protection under the law.
