Acquired, assembled and rezoned land and facilities for the Chicago Board of Education, Public Building Commission of Chicago, Chicago Public Library and Chicago Park District for the construction of schools, additions, police stations, fire stations, libraries, and parks.

Assisted the Chicago Board of Education sell its former headquarters and numerous surplus properties generating over $78 Million in revenues.

Acquired and assembled land for the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) for the Midway Orange Line and the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA-Metra) for the Rock Island Commuter Service from Downtown Chicago to Joliet.
