Kathryn advises clients on transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. She has experience negotiating and drafting a wide range of corporate documents, including purchase agreements, equity, operating, and transition services agreements. Kathryn also counsels clients on corporate matters, including commercial contracts, supplier agreements, IP ownership and licensing arrangements and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Neal & Leroy, Kathryn was an associate at a large international law firm, where she worked on a range of M&A transactions across several industries. Kathryn received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
