Ms. Herrera concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate transactions, general corporate transactional matters, corporate governance and formation, eminent domain, and municipal law.  She represents clients in all matters associated with real estate development, land acquisition, disposition, and intergovernmental affairs.

• Drafts contracts, agreements, and corporate governance and formation documents on behalf of clients.

• Land acquisitions through negotiated sales and eminent domain on behalf of government entities.
