As a partner with the firm, Carol’s practice focuses on real estate, zoning and land use matters. Carol represents real estate investors, developers, landowners and public agencies that have simple to complex zoning and land use needs. Carol has a breadth of experience in the legislative and administrative aspects of zoning, landmarks and other land use issues. Carol successfully develops and implements legal strategies to expedite a project from the conceptual stage all the way through application and ultimate approval. She provides counseling on zoning and planning, landmarks, redevelopment, acquisition of real property, variances, special use permits, right of way approvals including vacations and dedications. She is highly effective in assisting clients with community and government relations. Clients benefit from her local knowledge, experience and working relationships that are essential to a successful zoning and land use process.
