Ms. Fredd has an extensive background in various areas of municipal law including governance, legislative analysis and drafting, intergovernmental agreements, procurement, ethics, Open Meetings Act, Freedom of Information Act, real estate, employment matters, and public finance. She has advised public agencies concerning the development and implementation of regulations and policies to promote business opportunities for minorities and women, equal employment opportunities for minority and female journey workers, apprentices and laborers, and Chicago residents. Ms. Fredd is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recommended by Leading Lawyers.
